GIFT CARDS
Glide Surf Co. Gift Cards are now currently available online. They are also available at our retail store. Unfortunately, we cannot take Gift Cards purchased in store, as online payment and vice versa.
SHIPPING
We make every attempt to ship out orders as soon as possible, but we are a small operation, so please be patient. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will generally ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Glide Surf Co. will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
Please note that the $180 for shipping charged at checkout for surfboards is a flat rate to the continental US only for boards up to 8'6". AK, HI, PR, & international locations and/or longer boards are subject to higher costs & additional fees depending on the destination/board length. You may owe an additional fee after checkout before we can ship you a board. Please contact us for shipping. We ship worldwide.
Free US shipping on purchases over $150 excludes surfboards and some heavier wetsuit items. Not to be combined with other offers.
In-Store Pickup
We offer In-Store Pickup as an option for our local customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Please inquire about international shipping at 1-732-456-9421 or info@glidesurfco.com regarding specific item(s), and we will provide a quote to your hometown.
SALES TAXES
Please note that a 6.625% sales tax is only applicable to merchandise shipped to a New Jersey address or for items picked up in store.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Glide Surf Co. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Glide Surf Co. has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Glide Surf Co. shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
